Regressive hypnotherapy is not recommended for people who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who have recently used substances (please allow at least 48 hours before a session). It may also not be suitable for individuals with severe psychiatric conditions such as schizophrenia or untreated psychosis. If you are under medical or psychiatric care, it is best to consult your doctor or therapist before starting.

Yes. Most people remember their sessions clearly, just as if they were recalling a vivid conversation or daydream. Sometimes small details may fade, which is why recordings or notes afterward can be very helpful. You are never unconscious and always aware of what is happening.
