Safety is not just a feeling, it is built into how I work. Here is what that looks like in practice:

  • Before we begin, we have an open conversation about your intentions, concerns, and any boundaries you want to set
  • During hypnosis, you remain conscious and aware. Your are able to speak, ask questions, or pause at any time
  • I check in regularly to ensure you feel comfortable and grounded
  • If intense emotions arise, I guide you through gentle grounding techniques
  • After each session, we take time to integrate and I provide aftercare guidance

Hypnotherapy is collaborative. Nothing is done to you - we work together, with you leading and me supporting.

No. Hypnosis is a natural state similar to daydreaming. You can open your eyes and return to full alertness whenever you choose. Even if I stopped speaking, you would simply drift back naturally, just like waking from a nap.

Absolutely not. Unlike stage hypnosis, therapeutic hypnosis respects your autonomy completely. You cannot be made to do anything against your will. Your subconscious mind protects you and will not accept suggestions that conflict with your values.
