Regression hypnotherapy is not about forcing change or reliving difficult experiences. It is a gentle, client-led process designed to help you understand and work with subconscious patterns at a pace that feels safe and manageable.
Is regression hypnotherapy right for me?
When it may help
This work may be helpful if you notice recurring emotional or behavioural patterns that feel difficult to shift, such as ongoing anxiety, overthinking, sleep issues, emotional heaviness, or repeated relationship themes.
What it is not
Regression hypnotherapy is not a replacement for medical or psychological care, and it does not involve losing control or being made to do anything. Sessions are guided by your own inner experience and move only as far as feels appropriate for you.

Safety, control and consent
Your safety, awareness and consent are central to every session. You remain present, able to speak, and in control throughout the process. Nothing is forced, suggested, or rushed.
Sessions are non-leading and adapt to your comfort level, with time given for grounding and integration afterwards. Online sessions follow the same structure and care as in-person work.
