Welcome. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of hypnomaria.com and any hypnotherapy services I provide online. By booking, paying, or attending a session, you agree to these terms.

1) Who I am

I’m Maria Terletska, a regression hypnotherapist providing online sessions in English and Ukrainian. Contact: [your email] (for bookings, cancellations, and data requests).

2) What I offer (and what I don’t)

• I offer online hypnotherapy and related guidance.
• This is not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice.
• Hypnotherapy is complementary. If you’re under medical/mental-health care, please inform your clinician and follow their guidance.
• In an emergency/crisis, do not use this service - call 999, NHS 111, or Samaritans 116 123 (UK).

3) Eligibility

• Services are for adults 18+.
• You must have stable internet and a private, quiet space for sessions.
• I reserve the right to decline or discontinue work if I believe a different service is more appropriate or safety is a concern.

4) Free introductory call

• One free clarity call per person (typically 15–30 minutes).
• Purpose: understand your goals, explain how I work, and assess fit. No therapy is provided in this call.
• I may reschedule or withdraw free calls at my discretion (e.g., high demand).

5) Sessions, packages & pricing

• Standard session length: stated on the booking page (typically 60–90 minutes).
• Current prices appear on the website/booking page and may change at any time (changes don’t affect confirmed bookings).
• Packages (if offered) are pre-paid, non-transferable, and expire after 6 months from purchase unless stated otherwise.

6) Booking, payment & refunds

• Payment is due at booking via my secure payment processor.
• Sessions are non-refundable.
• If a refund is ever due by law or my error, it will be issued to the original payment method.
• Chargebacks for delivered/missed sessions may be contested and any processing fees passed on.

7) Rescheduling, lateness & no-shows

• You may reschedule a confirmed session once with at least 24 hours’ notice (use the booking link or email me).
• Changes within 24 hours, no-shows, or arriving 15 minutes late are treated as a used session and non-refundable.
• If I need to reschedule (rare), I’ll offer the earliest suitable alternative. If I cancel and you don’t wish to rebook, you’ll receive a refund for that session.

8) Technology & platforms

• Sessions are conducted via Zoom/Google Meet or similar. The platform may change.
• You’re responsible for your device, updates, and a stable connection. Technical issues on your side that prevent attendance are treated as late cancellation/no-show.

9) Recording & materials

• Sessions are not recorded unless we both give written consent in advance.
• You agree not to record sessions (audio/video/screen-capture) without my written consent.
• Any audios, worksheets, or resources I share are for personal use only. Please don’t copy, post, or redistribute.

10) Confidentiality & safeguarding

• I treat what you share as confidential. Exceptions apply if I believe there is risk of serious harm to you or others, safeguarding concerns regarding children/vulnerable adults, or if disclosure is required by law/court order.

11) Your responsibilities

• Be honest about your history, medications, and current support.
• Attend in a safe, private environment (not driving or operating machinery).
• Do not attend under the influence of alcohol/recreational drugs.
• Commit to agreed practices between sessions (where relevant).
• Inform me promptly of any changes in your health or circumstances.

12) Results & guarantees

• People respond differently to hypnotherapy. I make no guarantees of specific outcomes or timelines.
• Your progress depends on many factors, including your participation and circumstances.

13) Website use

• Content on hypnomaria.com is for information only and isn’t a substitute for professional care.
• All site content (text, audio, video, graphics) is my intellectual property unless credited otherwise; you may not copy or republish without permission.
• I’m not responsible for third-party sites linked from here.

14) Fees, currency & taxes

• Prices are listed in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.
• Any taxes/fees (if applicable) are shown at checkout.

15) Complaints

• If you’re unhappy with any aspect of the service, please email me so I can address it quickly and fairly.
• If unresolved, you may contact any professional body I’m a member of (details on request) or the relevant UK consumer bodies.

16) Changes to these Terms

• I may update these Terms periodically. The latest version is posted on this page and applies from the date shown above.
• Bookings made before a change will follow the Terms in effect at the time of booking.

17) Liability

• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under law.
• Subject to the above, I’m not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, or data, and my total liability to you for any claim relating to services is limited to the amount paid for the relevant session/package.

18) Governing law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
