A session is paced around safety. You do not have to describe everything that happened. We may work with present-day reactions, younger parts, symbolic imagery, body cues, or the inner belief that safety has to be earned.

If you have complex trauma, dissociation, current risk, or active mental health concerns, please work with a qualified clinician and use this only if appropriate alongside that support.
